To make quilling, first cut thin strips of wood to the required length with scissors and then roll them up using a toothpick. This is then secured to a backing with glue. To make kihari quilling, simply attach the pre-cut parts with glue! This beginner-level kihari quilling is easy to make even for first-timers or those who don't like detailed work.
