An Ultra Flare erupts from the sun, engulfing the Earth. The Spark Dolls, who had been sleeping as dolls underground and beneath the ocean, are resurrected as monsters.
To combat the increasing number of vicious monsters and alien invaders, humanity forms a special defense team called "Xio," equipped with cutting-edge scientific mecha.
And now, 15 years later. Xio member Ozora Daichi hears a mysterious voice while fighting a suddenly appearing monster.
