It was too small

The shorts only match the picture in cut. The quality is not very good. The fabric is strange, the texture does not match the picture. The same with the size. My parameters: waist 76, hips 103 cm. In size XL, the waist parameters are 76 cm. Hips 116. I took them specifically more in the hips so that they would be a little looser. I usually wear M/L of these same shorts S/M. They are very narrow in the hips, as if up to 100 cm. You won’t be able to wear them accordingly. They are too small.
