Active Ingredients:
Camphor (Karpoor) – eliminates runny nose and other symptoms of colds and flu, effectively improves the health of the respiratory system.
Mint (Pudinah) - helps to get rid of cough and runny nose, has a cooling and soothing effect.
Eucalyptus oil (Nilgiri tel) - relieves breathing difficulties, relieves headaches and improves muscle mobility.
Instructions for use:
Steam inhalation: add 1-2 hours. l. funds in a cup of hot water (not boiling). Cover your head with a towel and lean over the cup. Slowly inhale the vapors for 10-15 minutes. Repeat 3 times a day.
Outdoor use: apply 3.5 g to the neck, back and chest for children over 2 years old and 7.5 g for adults.
