**Component 1 ( OTC Product)**:
Active Ingredients: Toluene-2,5-diamine, Resorcinol, Meta-aminophenol, Para-aminophenol, 5-Amino-o-cresol. Other ingredients include Water, Cetyl Alcohol, PG, POE Cetyl Ether, Strong Ammonia Water, POE-Trimethyl Siloxane, and more.
[Usage Instructions]
1. Always perform a skin allergy test (patch test) 48 hours before dyeing.
2. Mix equal parts of Component 1 and Component 2.
3. Apply to dry hair using the included comb brush.
4. Allow to set for 15 minutes before thoroughly rinsing. Follow with shampoo and conditioner.
