How to use the product: Apply liberally 15 minutes before going outdoors. Reapply in the following cases. After swimming or sweating for 80 minutes, immediately dry yourself with a towel. At least once every 2 hours. For infants under 6 months, consult a doctor before use. How to protect against UV rays: Regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher. Other protection methods include: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts, long pants, a hat, and sunglasses.
