It contains a balanced amount of omega 3 and omega 6, providing the essential fatty acids our body needs. It is a food that can be consumed by all age groups, from babies to 100-year-olds. Contains carotene and vitamin E. This is a better oil for those who need to consume gamma-linolenic acid.
Amanprana Omega oil can be used indefinitely. A good daily guideline is:
• 1 teaspoon (5 g) of ALA and LA daily
• 1-2 spoons to compensate for defects
You can consume omega oils in several ways.
• Simply on a spoon
• Add some omega oils to your vegetable juice.
• Mix some Omega 3-6-9-7 oil under the yogurt.
• Add omega oils to salad dressings.
• Use with purees and sauces.
• Shake before use. Do not heat
