This is a limited edition photo card (of 80) that was included with Misako Yasuda's official trading card released in 2004.

The card has an embedded photo.

Although the card is over 20 years old, it has been carefully stored in a dark place with dry PET bottles, so there is no yellowing, fading, or discoloration. There are no fingerprints or discoloration on the photo. Please excuse any initial scratches.
