"Definition Armor" is a new category of weaponry that aims for miniaturization and cost reduction by applying the technology of the successful "Bulkarm α," a humanoid bipedal heavy Hexa Gear.
Initial development components consisted of a governor covered in simple armor and a power unit, with legs, arms, and other working limbs attached to the outer periphery, creating a system centered around a new reinforced exoskeleton.
This "Scarecrow"-like design was touted as a new reinforced exoskeleton that would enable high mass production and the use of heavy weaponry by infantry. It was initially deployed in combat trials, but lacking the robustness of the Bulkarm α and only a simple bipedal device was available, resulting in a rating of "mediocre performance in every aspect." Thus, in search of the optimal solution for Definition Armor as a weapon, modifications were made to further reduce its weight and improve its mass production potential.
The new model, equipped with a large thruster at the rear, is called the "Aerial Fighter," and allows for high-speed deployment through low-altitude jumping maneuvers that were impossible with the Bulkarm series.
The legs are merely a frame structure capable of supporting the body, and the working limbs that make up the arms have been simplified to simply serve as armament suspenders. Its appearance is no longer easily described as "humanoid," but its cavalry-like linear acceleration made it useful for ground assault forces, and it eventually led to a certain number of units being mass-produced.
Though initially unpopular, the name "Woodpecker," equipped with a single stunning lance and capable of grounding slow-moving enemy units with a single sharp stab, became widely known, and the sight of this extremely small unit using its mobility to face off against heavyweight Hexa Gears brought a shock to the battlefield that was enough to evoke the arrival of a new generation.

The product concept is a governor + expandable platform. Customization is possible using the "3mm Arm Extension Joints" and "3mm Leg Extension Joints," which are compatible with 3mm holes on Frame Arms and other models.
The cockpit opens and closes to accommodate the included Early Governor (special head version). Additionally, the cockpit shell's sensor section can be opened and closed to reveal the governor's face inside.
An "open-type" cockpit canopy is included, which can accommodate models such as the Frame Arms Girl Hand Scale Gourai. *Please note that some models may not be compatible due to shape restrictions.
The flexible leg parts can be stored compactly.
