The roller arrived broken but Joom's after-sales service refunded me. Normally it does not deserve a bad comment but here yes. The bag I received had absolutely no holes or tears. It was absolutely sealed on all sides. So as the roll was broken and there were pieces missing, the only conclusion I can draw is that it was sent broken! This seller is not very honest...
