From the monster movie "Gamera 3: Revenge of the Iris", Gamera rejoins S.H.Monsterarts [1999] Kyoto Final Battle version! The modeling was supervised by the dream team of veteran monster movie sculptor Shinichi Wakasa, and the sculptor of the Gamera series, Haraguchi. The sculpture, directed by Chio and Hiroshi Takahama, is a recreation of Gamera as he appeared on screen. The coloring evokes Gamera's appearance in the Battle of Kyoto. The shell is top-coated with the same color paint used on the actual suit, giving it a look similar to the back-painted translucent vinyl "scales" used on the real thing.
