Vegan gelling agent ARCHE apple pectin gels particularly quickly and elastically.
You can prepare sugar-free or low-sugar spreads with ARCHE apple pectin.
Apple pectin is made from pomace from apple juice production.
How to use
Mix the contents of the bag with about 500g of sweetener. Add the juice of ½ lemon to 1.3 kg of chopped fruit. Bring everything to a boil and simmer, stirring constantly, for 3-5 minutes.
For jelly, it is recommended to use 0.75 -1 l of fruit juice with 500 g of sugar and the juice of ½ lemon.
For optimal gelling, mix very acidic and sweet fruits and omit the lemon juice. Reduced-sugar spreads work well with apple pectin, but they don't last as long.
