Low noise, sturdy construction, proprietary anti-static lubricant, smooth feel. Reduced shaft wobble, tin-plated solder terminals. 250K is commonly used for single coil pickups. It allows more treble to flow to ground, giving a slightly warmer tone than the 500K pot.
