Suggested Use
Take 30-60 minutes prior to exercise with at least 6 oz of water or your favorite beverage. CON-CRET® can be taken with or without food or protein. Moderate exercise: Take 1 serving (1 scoop) per 100 pounds of body weight. Intense exercise: Take 1-2 servings (1-2 scoops) per 100 pounds of body weight. Post and rest days: Take 1 serving (1 scoop) per 100 pounds of body weight to aid in muscle recovery.
